After picking up their first road win of the season last Thursday in McPherson, the No. 24-ranked Raven women's soccer team remained undefeated on Tuesday with a 3-0 win over Park University back at the BC Soccer Complex.
The win was the Ravens first shutout of 2014 and the 13th career shutout for keeper Ashley Holland.
Benedictine scored their first goal of the match during the 24th minute when Maggie Hair put in her own rebound after Park keeper Alisha Hoskins stopped Hair's penalty kick change.
Bethany Smith gave the Ravens a 2-0 lead late in the first half when she converted on a shot from just outside the box below the cross bar during the 36th minute.
After playing through a scoreless draw for the first nearly 28 minutes in the second half, Hair cross a pass to Smith, which she finished to stake the Ravens to a 3-0 advantage.
Benedictine outshot Park 27-1 which led to a 16-2 advantage in shots on goal. Hoskins turned away 12 shots on goal despite giving up the three goals for Park.
Holland finished with one save over 90 minutes as she earned the solo shutout.
The Ravens remain at home as they host a 5 p.m. match Friday against Bethany College.
