Head coach Lincoln Roblee took over the Raven Women’s Soccer Program in 2005 and since, has turned the program into one of the top-rated women’s soccer programs in the NAIA.
He has an overall record of 154-42-27 with the Ravens and has guided the program to three straight Heart of America Athletic Conference championships and two straight appearances at the NAIA National Championship Tournament. He also took the team to their first-ever NAIA National Championship Tournament appearance in 2008.
In 2015, the program qualified for its first-ever NAIA Semifinals while recording an overall record of 22-2-1 en route to a final season ranking of No. 4.
Champions on the field and off, Coach Roblee’s teams have consistently earned recognition from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America with numerous Team Academic and Team Ethics Awards. They were most recently named a NAIA Scholar Team during the Summer of 2016. Coach Roblee has been very involved in teaching the game of soccer in his native Kansas City. Roblee started his coaching career in 1994 at Kansas City's Park Hill High School. Roblee went on to coach Club, Amateur, Olympic Development Program, College, and in the Premier Development League.
Roblee started KC Pace boys soccer teams in 1996 with his twin brother Jefferson. Roblee coached the 80/81 KC Pace team to numerous successes across the Midwest, and in 2005, Roblee's 87/88 KC Pace became the first team outside of St. Louis to win a USYSA Missouri State Championship in an age group that advances to Regionals. In 2005, Coach Roblee was named Missouri Youth Soccer Association Boys Coach of the Year. In the summer of 2006, Roblee's KC Pace team repeated as Missouri State Champions and Roblee again received MYSA Boys Coach of the Year honors.
Roblee coached the KC United boys team to U19 Kansas State Championship in 2000 and the U20 amateur Kansas State Championships in 2000 and 2001 and U23 Championships in 2010 and 2011. Roblee has been a Missouri ODP Evaluator since 1998, and coached the 1987 age Missouri ODP Boys team from 2001-2004. In 2012, Roblee received the USASA 2012 Region II Coach of the Year Award for Lifetime Achievement.
Since 2002, Roblee has been coaching the Kansas City Brass of the Premier Development League (PDL). Since 2002, over 40 Brass players have been drafted or signed professionally by either clubs in Europe, Major League Soccer, NASL , USL Pro, or the Major Indoor Soccer League. In the summer of 2007, Roblee's Kansas City Brass were one of only eight PDL teams to qualify for the U.S. Open Cup.
Roblee was a regular instructor for the Kansas City Wizards Youth Training Program from 2001-2005. In 2003, Roblee coached the Missouri seniors in the annual Kansas vs. Missouri Senior All-Star Game at Arrowhead Stadium. Roblee is a regular evaluator for Sporting KC (MLS) and most recently FC Kansas City (NWSL) for their open tryouts. He is a member of U.S. Soccer Coaches Association and a certified Double-Goal Coach in the Positive Coaching Alliance.
As a player, Roblee played at the University of Tulsa under current Notre Dame women's head coach Randy Waldrum. In high school, Roblee starred at Winnetonka High School and was a member of Missouri's ODP team. In club soccer, Roblee was a forward and midfielder for George Derra's UHS Apollos.
Roblee is a graduate of Winnetonka High School and Park University.
